NEWARK, N.J. - February 15, 2000 - IDT Corporation (NASDAQ: IDTC) through Union Telecard Dominicana and the Coca Cola distributing company in the Dominican Republic today announced the launch of its Coca Cola prepaid calling card promotional campaign with a print and TV and Radio advertising blitz in the Dominican Republic. Union Telecard Dominicana is a prepaid calling card distribution company controlled by IDT, a leading multi national carrier, telephone company and Internet service provider.
As part of the promotion, the Coca Cola distributing company in the Dominican Republic in conjunction with Union Telecard Dominicana is distributing as many as five hundred thousand Coca Cola prepaid calling cards to people who buy Coca Cola products in the Dominican Republic. The prepaid calling cards are being offered at a discount or given free depending on what size Coca Cola product is purchased. IDT and All America Cables and Radio, Inc.(AACR), a Dominican Republic-based competitive long distance carrier will be handling the long distance telephone traffic.

As part of the Dominican Republic business strategy, IDT and Union Telecard Dominicana produces and distributes Coca Cola's retail prepaid calling card through Union Telecard's distribution network in the Dominican Republic. The Coca Cola retail prepaid calling card is in addition, to the promotional card for Coca Cola that IDT's Union Telecard Dominicana is distributing through Coca Cola's distribution network in the Dominican Republic.
