 IDT's FreeAtLast.com Announces Partnership with Clickthebutton.com

IDT's Totally Free Internet Service to Integrate Price Comparison Technology from Clickthebutton

NEWARK, N.J. and NEW YORK CITY - July 12, 2000 - IDT Corporation (NASDAQ: IDTC) today announced its partnership with privately-held Clickthebutton.com, Inc., a maker of free software that allows shoppers to compare prices and product shipping costs while browsing online stores. IDT is a leading multinational telecommunications carrier, telephone company and Internet service provider. FreeAtLast.com, an IDT business unit, provides unlimited and unrestricted Internet access, emailing, faxing and Internet phone calls, completely free of charge.

Through their alliance, IDT will integrate Clickthebutton.com's proprietary price comparison platform into FreeAtLast.com's Internet service, giving subscribers automatic access to Clickthebutton's free "shopping companion." This product enables online shoppers to easily and conveniently receive unbiased, point-of-sale price comparisons on over four million products, including computer hardware and software, electronics, books, movies, music, toys and games, from hundreds of online merchants.

"This is a total win-win situation for everyone," said Howard Jonas, IDT's Chairman and CEO. "Our new partnership allows IDT to integrate an exciting and sophisticated new feature into FreeAtLast.com, while Clickthebutton gains a valuable distribution channel for its shopping companion product. And the consumer benefits by getting access to the speediest, most reliable and cutting-edge price comparison service on the Web."

When a user wants to receive a price comparison on an item, they can simply ?click the button' and the service will return a list of prices from various stores across the Web, including tax and shipping information, along with direct links to the stores. IDT will receive a percentage of the revenues generated from the sale of products purchased through Clickthebutton's price comparison service.

"We are pleased to be working with IDT's FreeAtLast.com and in helping create a superior shopping experience for its subscribers," said Cheyenne Ehrlich, Chairman and CEO of Clickthebutton. "Both our companies are in the business of bringing the best and most innovative products and services to the consumer and we look forward to developing our partnership in other areas in the future."

"Clickthebutton is an innovative company that has developed a terrific tool in helping consumers make more intelligent and informed decisions when making purchases on the Internet," said Jim Courter, President of IDT. "Their shopping companion product will be a valuable addition to FreeAtLast.com, both in terms of attracting subscribers and in generating more revenues from online sales."

IDT announced the launch of FreeAtLast.com on May 2nd, 2000. The service provides subscribers with unlimited, unrestricted Internet access, emailing, and Internet phone calls, completely free of charge.

Clickthebutton recently previewed Version 2.0 of its price comparison software at Internet World 2000 in Los Angeles. Version 2.0 also allows shoppers to aggregate products from all over the web and compare prices on entire sets of products, including delivery charges and sales tax. This service, the first universal shopping cart software to offer price comparisons on entire sets of products, simplifies online shopping by eliminating the need to understand the shipping formulas being used by all of the different online merchants. A beta version of Version 2.0 is now available at www.Clickthebutton.com/beta.
