London UK & Newark, N.J., October 22, 2003 - IDT Europe, a division of IDT Telecom, announced today that it is enhancing services on its UK prepaid phonecards with the introduction of racing and football news updates from TEAMtalk, a major provider of sport content and entertainment. IDT Telecom is a subsidiary of IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT, IDT.C), a multinational carrier, telephone and technology company.

The enhanced service, a first for the UK prepaid phonecard market, is accessed via two competitively priced, toll-free numbers costing £0.20 per minute. These are in addition to the standard access numbers, so customers can use the phonecard as usual or take advantage of the TEAMtalk services.

A new company, IDT Card Services Ltd. Ireland has been formed to focus exclusively on developing enhanced services and support new growth in the business.
