IDT PESOLOAD – a great new way to top-up the airtime on your family and friends’ mobile phones in the Philippines!

Use IDT PESOLOAD to send airtime load to ANY Philippines mobile (even while roaming) and to make low cost international calls.

Call our toll-free or local access number now and simply follow the voice prompts to make an instant transfer of airtime credit. A range of denominations are available.

The service is available to Globe, Smart, Sun, Talk & Text, and TM subscribers.

How does it work?

Simply dial the local access number 0207 028 0949 or the toll free access number 0800 008 7549 and follow the voice prompts.
You will be asked to do the following:

• Select the network operator of the person you wish to top up
• Select how much you wish to transfer (50/60 pesos, 115/150 pesos, 300 pesos or 500 peso). This will be debited from your prepaid balance* of your IDT PESOLOAD card
• Enter the PIN from your IDT PESOLOAD card, followed by the pound # key.
• Enter the recipient's mobile number (including the international country code followed by the pound # key). E.g 0063 9XX YYY YYYY #

Your friends and family will receive an SMS confirming the top up.

Please note that the recipient will have up to 60 days to use the credit, depending on the amount transferred. (see table below)

Troubleshooting

• Always ensure that you have selected the correct mobile operator.
• Check that you have enough balance to make the transfer.
• Always make sure that you are entering an 11 digit pin.
• When you enter the recipient's mobile number please ensure that you include the country code (0063).

Pesoload Terms and Conditions
Any rates shown are in per minute and apply at all times. Call charges are rounded to the nearest minute. Card expires 180 days after first usage. Calls to and from international mobile phones and non-geographical numbers will be charged at a different rate to that of the country. Your mobile phone service provider will charge access to LAC numbers. Please contact your mobile operator for information about their rates. We do not take responsibility for difficulties experienced on the mobile network.
